50 points to complete profile

I keep getting email asking me to complete profile to get 50 points. My profile is complete. Is there something else that needs to be complete?

Here's what needs to be filled out by 9/30 in order to receive the 50 points:

• Profile picture
• Eye color
• Skin tone, type and concern
• Hair color, type and concern

Once you've completed these, please make sure to click "save"! It may take up to 24 hours for all 50 points to be credited to your Beauty Bank. If they're not credited after the 24 hours, please send me a private message!

I have also filled out my beauty profile and that was two days ago. Nothing in my points yet.

I followed the instructions to resave what I have in place and that worked for hair, eyes and skin but not for the profile photo, which is worth 20 points.
