I'm getting the same message and am frustrated because I've seen a
couple of my items get sold out as I wait on hold with Sephora to fix
this. I'm in the US and logged in, so I don't understand the issue and
would love help.

They put the wrong online code on the card. If you're a Rouge level, you
have to use 20FORROUGE. That code won't work unless you're logged in and
at Rouge level.

I just bought this!!!!!!!! 32$ plus tax for 11 ml of this stuff and it

Damaged Pat McGrath Mini Palettes
Has anyone received damaged Pat McGrath palettes? The flaps from
palettes are not attached and there is damage to the actual packaging.

can shop using the Rouge promo code but you will not be able to shop
