Order shows as delivered, but nothing has arrived
Hello. I'm writing regarding my order --- It is showing delivered when
looking at the details through your website, but we have not received
anything. Can I get some help?

my order not delivered
The tracking page has been saying my order is out for delivery since
wednesday the 20th but i still have not gotten my package. the tracking
site also has not updated since wednesday so i have no idea where my
package is.

Missing Points Multiplier from In Store Purchases
While in NYC this week I visited two different Sephoras on the 20th and
I appear to not have gotten the 3X points for VIB Members. Not sure why.

missing samples multiple times :(
This has happened to me more than once and I thought it was just a small

What is test completed and why I haven’t I received my order?
