anyone else having this problem?

tried on multiple different products to write reviews with no luck. every time i tried to submit the product reviews... it would say ''Error. Review must be at least 20 characters long'' even though my post was well over 20 characters. anyone else having this issue? should i contact sephora support/customer service?
