Wrong samples :(

Hi Can anyone help? For my last couple of purchases the samples have either been compleatly absent or wrong. I know that they're freebies and I shouldn't be ungrateful but I really look forward to the samples as a way to try new products I would be interested in, especially since the closest sephora is over 2 hours away so I don't get to go to the store often 😞 I had a new order delivered today and I was super exited about these in particular but again they are completely not what I ordered.

This happens to me too, all the time!

I know the stock of certain samples isn't guaranteed, but a lot of times I either don't get samples, or I'll get three fragrance samples when all of the samples I selected were skin care!

My SO has fragrance issues, so sending perfume/cologne samples is not only unwanted, but a potential problem if one of them leaks (which has happened). I now have to open my Sephora packages outside just in case, which seems silly.
