Hi, I just received my package and noticed the only one item I purchased - Charlotte tilbury eyeshadow palette was not inside. Instead, someone put a Sephora coconut water cleaning wipes by mistake. Very disappointed! this is the gift I purchased for my friend’s birthday this Friday, now I have no idea what’s going on! I'm now trying to figure out what’s the next step. Thank you in advance
