Wrong and half empty samples

When ordering, first they didn't have any items available in the rewards bazaar... just one for 100 points or 1000 and up...

I ordered two perfume samples, one Tom Ford and the other one had no pic but some 'carsless' name...

I didn't get any of those.

Got a Lancome night cream sample and a CH Bad Boy sample that is half full... 

I understand they might run out of some samples, which is very annoying, cuz then, just take it off, no? But sending a half full one?

I always choose the perfume samples as that is how I can freely try the next fragrance. And they were always full.
