Wrong Samples

  • I ordered something from Sephora and selected two samples. I was so excited that one of them was a perfume I wanted to buy or was considering to. One of them came as I wanted but the other one didn’t come in. I was sent a wrong sample which is a cologne. I can’t use masculine colognes and I have no one to give it to:( I just wish if it was replaced I was asked to pick. Or at least notified it wouldn’t come.

The same thing here.  I got 2 samples of the same thing - men's cologne - that I will never use.  I've been a Rouge for years and always order the first day of the sale.  I'm really tired of not getting anything remotely close to what I requested.  It's happened so many times now that I wonder why they bother.

That’s unfortunate:( Because even when I selected it, it showed available.
