I purchased the Kat Von D Lash Liner ang was sent the Kat Bon D Dagger Liner.

im being ignored both via Facebook and email.

i want what I have ordered, what can I do!

The quickest would be to reorder/go in store to purchase. The item might be mislabeled in the warehouse. If you were charged for the correct item, but received the wrong item and return by mail put on a note with it stating received this instead of x. Sephora gets tons of messages daily, it takes some time, messages going into their spam folder is possible.

You can call customer service once they open. We all operate on different time zones. So no, you are not being ignored. Sephora employees are entitled to sleep also.

I’m really glad that you have pointed out the obvious that they need to sleep, thank you so much because I did not know that they require 3 days sleep. 🤦🏻‍♀️

To be fair, no where did you say that you have tried contacting them for 3 days. Call customer service. Its more effective then reaching out online in my experience.

I know, sorry I’m just really frustrated. I have this random item that I don’t want and I’m not sure how to go about getting my right order, I have tried to call the head office customer service line or whatever but I was placed in a que and then my call was disconnected so that’s why I turned to emails, I only tried to call once though so I might have to give it another go 😕
