Wrong Birthday Item

Hello,

I went to a Sephora store yesterday and asked for my birthday item. I thanked her after I was given the bag and I left. I did not think of checking the inside but when I looked at it just now, it is the face care kit from Laneige, instead of the perfume (I think it's the brand Juliette Has a Gun). 

I must have been misunderstood, or the wrong item was bagged. I told the lady "any of the perfume gift will do" so I am assuming she thought I said anything but the perfume gift will do (?). And the receipt was not in the bag either.

I tried calling the store to see if I can exchange it but it just kept ringing and ringing. I hope to get some help. Thank you.
