Worst customer service, package damaged

Disappointed by recent @sephora online order. Package arrived damaged, contained only samples and brown paper. Reached out to live chat, offered a reship that later couldn't be accommodated. Left without products or refund. Really frustrated with this ordeal. #SephoraCustomerService

Omg that is terrible this makeup costs a lot of money… with every message I read I am really strongly thinking about deleting Sephora out if of my life forever!!! Good luck I hope you get a new product 🤞🏻
