Worst VIB Sale

Like most people I placed multiple orders. I had issues with three out of the four packages.

  1. my first order is always my biggest purchase it’s products I’ve been eyeing for a while. It never arrived. I called customer service in hopes they can help me locate my package or contact the shipping carrier. All in all the response was because of “previous accommodations” they couldn’t help me. To clarify I order online often because I live in a rural part of America and never had I had an issue with my Sephora packages getting lost.
  2. Nothing wrong with order.
  3. I ordered the Tatcha lip mask because WOW the cap can now hold the spoon like all the other Tatcha creams. Nope, same packaging as before. The most deceiving product photo. Absolutely disappointed.
  4. My fourth order was only partially filled because some items were out of stock.

After that first interaction with customer service how can I possibly be comfortable calling about my issues. At this premium of a cost and profit margins I expect to be “accommodated” or at the very least have the confidence to address issues to the company. I’ve attached photos.
