Will Fleetoptics ever deliver?

I was supposed to receive my parcel on Friday so I stayed home from work to receive it after reading all of the negative reviews by this company and having parcels go missing. It’s been several days since and I understand delays happen but I don't want to keep staying home for a package that is never going to arrive. It’s be nice if we could at least accurately track the package!!! Canada post was SO much better.
