Why was my Laneige Rewards order cancelled?

Placed an order for the Laneige AM Routine rewards yesterday and received a confirmation email. Today I check my orders account only to see it is cancelled but the reward was still in stock. I placed another order and hoping this one will go through. I didn't receive an email either letting me know my order was cancelled - literally only realized because I thought to check my account.
