Why is the shipping so late?

Hi! May I know why the delivery date is so late? I placed my order on 27 April and still haven’t got any message on it. I really need it to be send to me before 11 May as I’m leaving the country on 12 May and no one will pick it up for me. Can anyone help me to change to faster delivery option? 🥲🥲
