Why is my Return taking so long??

I mailed a return last month on April 13th, it was received the 20th, and I have not received my money back or even a return confirmation email. It was a very big purchase on an item and I was just wondering what was up, when I returned a foundation last week by mail and I have already gotten my return confirmation telling me I'd be returned in 5 days. That took a week. How can my other return take almost 4 weeks?

Same here. My item was received by Sephora 4 days ago. No email confirmation, nothing. Not sure why it takes Sephora 30 days to process a return. What is causing the delay? 

Now I think I shouldn't order from Sephora during Covid since all the stores are closed and online returns are such a hassle.

Returns may take approximately 3-4 weeks to be processed from the time the package is sent back to our Distribution Center. We will send you an email as soon as it has been processed and I appreciate your patience!

My return is taking quite a long time as well. When I tracked my returns, they are showing as being delivered so I’m not quite sure what the delay is.

I had to call in and have my return processed manually over the phone. For some reason, it wasn’t done via the return system. Terrible return process!!!!
