Why do I hardly ever receive my offers I picked?

I don’t believe this again!  I know that the samples run out but i keep getting offers where you spend so much money, you get a free sample. I marked I wanted the Valentino spike lipstick but I received the Shaz & Kiks tumeric shampoo. The order I received last week I didn’t get any offers because it said that they were still working on my offers and I spent $231. I shop at Sephora for the samples. Plus I know that customers try the products & will purchase so its a win win for both. 😔
