Why cant I cancel my order

My shipping address needs to be changed and I cant cancel nor change the shipping address? Yes its bern over an hour since I placed the order. That is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be changed by this huge company. Its unbelievable to me that this truly cant be done. Shady and untrue. Never using sephora again everytime I do I regret it.
