Where’s my Sephora order?! :(

It’s been now 15 days my package has been shipped but There is absolutely no movement going on. I screenshotted all the activity and I’m confused as they tried to deliver but they never tried as I have a Canada post drop box in my building. Now it just has no updates at all and not even a tracking number. Very frustrating. Meanwhile I made another order the day after for my sister and she got hers last week!
