Where is my review?

I posted a review on 1/19/24 and I can't find it? I have to take a screenshot for influenster before the 29th but it has become impossible it seems? If I don't complete this task, it says I might not be able to receive another voxbox to review. What can I do to see my review? #roguedior999

Product reviews are shown on the product page in the "Ratings & Reviews" section. You might need to go back through the pages to find your review date, or you can use the keyword search to locate it.

Thanks so much LaurieBT, very tedious but managed to find it!! I read on another post that they should show up on the community tab but it wasnt there. Appreciate you taking the time to help me 🥰

You're very welcome, @Neferpitou! Reviews used to be on the summary page of your Community profile, but they're no longer listed there. This is the unintended result of enhancements Sephora has been making behind the scenes. We apologize for the inconvenience of no longer having a summary page, and we hope to be able to bring it back soon. Thank you!

@Glacys We don't currently have a timeframe, but in the meantime you should be able to find your review on the product page.

It's not there. Not sure if it hasn't been approved yet or what, but I need to be able to take a screenshot of it for a brand campaign. When I try to write another, it tells me I can only submit one, which leads me to believe my initial review did go through.

Is the feature completely gone now? I have until the day ends to submit a screenshot of my review for the loreal absolut repair mask and can't find my past reviews anywhere.

Hi, I submitted my review for Givenchy Le Rouge Interdit Satin Hydrating Lipstick on 08/21/24 and as of now I still don’t see my review showing. Can you see if it is showing on your end? Please let me know so I can try to submit with different browser. Thankyou.

Hi there, I know this is a very old post but I am having trouble with my review not showing up. I reviewed L'Occitane Intensive Hand Balm a few days ago and the review is not showing up. I believe it has been 72 hours. I need to take a screenshot of it. I tried submitting another review but given an error that I can only submit one review. Is there a way for me to know if my review was rejected so I can resubmit?

@ShireenPlatt, I'm sorry for the wait! It looks like your review was still pending, and we've requested that it be approved. You should see it on the site within 48 hours.

Hi @Mosimi20, it looks like an error occurred and this has been corrected. You should be able to see the most recent review on the site within 48 hours. In the future, when posting reviews in French, we kindly recommend posting them on the Sephora Canada-FR site.
