Where is my order?

My order has not been delivered after almost 3 weeks since I placed the order. It has been redirected 4 times now and the tracking indicates that it has been “rescheduled for next business day” 4 times. At one point it had arrived in my neighboring town at a facility and then was sent back to another state. Now there is no tracking information available. I’m very frustrated by this.
