Where is my Refund

Hi! I made a return for my order and got an email saying my return was accepted and will receive a refund in 10 business days. It has been over 10 business days so I used the chat function to contact an advisor and she mentioned a refund was issued via Paypal on Jan. 26th. I then contacted Paypal and they said refunds show up in 3-5 business days and that this vendor has not issued a refund. This is soo much money (over $200!!) all the advisors are treating it like a joke as if it doesn't mean anything. Can someone please help me in getting my money back, or provide me with the transaction ID to show the refund being issued via Paypal, so I can at least show Paypal the proof? So frustrating, contacted help so many times for them to just keep saying this information is not available and we cannot provide it. Like it's my money they're hiding something!! Please please help!
