Where are my points?!?

I’ve been saving my points forever and I got over 750 points- I had them all yesterday and now I checked and I only have 278?? What is happening? I’ve been having nothing but problems lately- no samples in my orders, wrong deluxe samples, my play box canceled bc it never even shipped, emails ignored, and now my points have vanished? I’ve never been so frustrated with Sephora!!

Now I see someone has been using my account in a Sephora store and has changed my profile info? How is this happening??

call customer service. if you have a card linked to your account call the card company to file a fraud claim.
