PLAY! by SEPHORA boxes typically will arrive within a three to five business day time frame around the 20th of every month. Please keep in mind this is aside from weekends and holidays. There is a holiday this week as well. Let us know if this does not get delivered to you so we can research it further. Thank you for your patience!
