When the remaining items will be shipped?

 I got my package today and there are 5 items are missing. When I checked email, it shows this, the remaining items were not shipped together with others. I wonder they are out of order or because I ordered too many in the same time so they can’t be shipped in once? And when the remaining will be shipped?

Orders will typically be split into separate shipments if all of the products are not available at the same warehouse. I'll check on this and I'll send you a message.
