When does the 30 days start ?

I need  to return something and do I’m wanting to know when the 30 day window starts ? 
Does it begin on the day you order or on the day you  receive the product 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I unfortunately didn’t leave a lot of time to figure this out

@dreamgrrl The return time frame starts from the day the order is placed. If you ordered before 4/24/25, you have up to 60 days.

@keelybt Thank you so much for replying i really appreciate it, I have another question, I did buy it on the 4th so if i bring it to the post office tomorrow, would that still count as being within the 30 days if it is postmarked or does it have to reach wherever it goes ? and do you know where it goes ?

I actually did make the order on April 4th so I was just asking if I go to the post office tomorrow, would I still be able to get a refund if I send the package back tomorrow and therefore it would be postmarked before the 30 days or does it have to be  received before the 30 days is up ?

Our return policy updated on 4/24/25 and since you purchased before that time, you can return your item within 30 days for a refund or within 60 days for store credit. It sounds like you are now past the 30 days for a refund, but you can still return it for store credit.
