What’s wrong with shipping???

It’s been three business days and Sephora still doesn’t process my order yet. I just don’t get it, there is no big promotion going. WHY??????? I have to wait at least a week to get my package now, and the last time they even missed one of my order and made my wait another week...

Same here. I put in an order on the 5th and it says expected arrival today but UPS still doesn't even have the box in their possession yet..
