What's up with the Sephora app quizzes?

They litterally never work for me. I try different options incase it's just the one particular sequence I picked that has no results, but nothing ever has "results" or shows me products. This latest one was the Perfect Lip quiz. not a single sequence showed me anything. Am I the only one this constantly happens to?
