What happened to the “Weekly” Wows? (US)

Good morning. Last week I made a post asking for information about the US Weekly Wow promotion. No one from Sephora responded.

Could someone please let us know, again preferably with more info than a polite, “check back soon!” what is going on with these once weekly promotions? The lack of consistency has been frustrating. The lack of communication perhaps even more so.

I personally became a Sephora customer and invested in becoming Rouge in large part because of the Weekly Wow promotions and would appreciate knowing what’s up. Thanks very much! 🙂

Thanks for letting us know. I called CS a few weeks ago and they couldn't give me an answer, just that they "should still be posted on the app and online" then mumbled something about updating every week. 1st she said every Thurs. , then she changed that to every Tues. I also asked about the fact that I was seeing Daily Wows posted for awhile and the CS agent had no idea what I was talking about!! Great help! Asked in store, and the associate had no idea and told me to call customer service.
