What happened to samples sign purchases…? No samples being given out anymore?

🙄Was wondering why last two times I’ve been into a Sephora I’ve been told they don’t have any samples. Also last two orders I ordered online when I received my orders they didn’t have samples either. What’s going on…? Is there anyway also to add in my rewards # bc my last purchase from the store the lady was so rude she didn’t even put my info in 😕 not a fun trip to Sephora for my little niece. Looking forward to some answers. Thanks

Email Sephora and see if they can add your instore purchase to your rewards card number.

Do you still have your receipt? Maybe you can email them a copy of your receipt or Email a copy of your Credit Card or Debit Card statement: ... but *** FIRST - put pieces of paper over all of your important information like your Credit Card Number or Bank Card number -- AND -- all the other THRANSACTIONS that you made on your statement. -- I think that they will only need the information that says Sephora , Transaction Number , Date & amount of Purchase. (Also provide your Sephora rewards number.)

At my local store we do give out samples when we have them.  Occassionally we do run out or only have foundation samples.  Sorry the store you went to the worker was rude.
