Website changes... not user friendly

What's happening with the website? It's super slow - is it because of the 'Try it now' button that is making it take so long to load with each product I want to view?? It takes about 8-10 seconds for the pages to load, (which is a lifetime) I've tried clearing my cache and it didn't help. AND there are there no more reviews!?  I can't leave a review or read a review...at least not on the product page, that I can see.  I've clicked on the word review (that is in bold type) and it brings me to the bottom of the page, where the review should be - but there aren't any reviews to read. Just pictures I can scroll through of people who have tagged sephora using that product. 😞

To add insult to injury... I didn't get any samples with my order a couple weeks ago... Disappointing.

I can't see any reviews either.  Very frustrating. Is the site broken or is it just me. I'm using my PC. Tried both Firefox and Chrome. Nothing.

I'm not ordering anything until I can see reviews.
