Was my order cancelled or not?

I placed an international order a week ago and received a confirmation from you. However, when I went to track my order on your website, it said the status of my order was “pending“ in the overview and on the detailed page it said “cancelled“. I haven't received any e-mails about my order having been cancelled, that's why I would like to know whether my order is still going to be shipped or not.
