WRONG ITEM SENT

Hi! So I placed an order and redeemed the sample bag in the style “Holi-night” and received the “Holi-day”. The one that I received has products that I already own so I am not excited about it and I was really looking forward to trying the products from the sample bag I actually ordered! What should I do now? Is is possible to get the sample bag I actually selected if I return all my items? I really don’t want to have to return everything I bought because of that 😞 thank you!

Nope. This happened to me with the previous bag deal, I forget what they were, but one of them was Chill..and that was what I selected but was sent one that i didnt want/select. They just credited my account 250 points instead.

That sucks! 😓 I only bought things now and didn’t wait for sale sale because I wanted this bag.
