WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Sephora really have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!! My account was on hold I can't make any purchase. Once i made an order then i pay for it then suddenly i got an email that my order was cancelled. This happened for 3 times. I was told that i have an unsuccessful authorization and i should have a verbal verification. But right now my main problem is I am in Taiwan and I have no relatives in USA and I can't make any call to USA. I already tell my issues to 3 of the customer services and one of the customer services really have a bad attitude she just end my chat and won't solved my problem!!! Then yesterday i got an email from sephora claimed that i can verify my account through live chat customer service and I already done it yesterday and the customer service said that my account was approved and i can placed an order again. Today I just made an order and suddenly it got cancelled AGAIN!! And when i tell the issues to the customer service she told me that i need to verify my account. Like...? I JUST DID IT YESTERDAY AND SHE TELL ME THAT MY AUTHORIZATION WAS SUCCESSFUL!! I'm just so tired of this and it really stressing me out. Please train your customer service better.
