W2 Help

Former Sephora employee was let go due to pandemic. I haven’t received my W2 and have tried reaching out to FSC payroll numerous of time and no response. Deadline is coming up any suggestions of what I should do?

I'm also an employee and haven't been able to obtain a copy of, even though it's the companies responsibility, by law, to hold onto tax information for four years.

Let me take you down all the avenues I have tried:

1. Contacted my old store director and she told me to contact HR or use day force (which I no longer have access to). I responded by asking for the contact info and she never replied. 

2. Had to use a NOT SEPHORA website to find the FSC phone number. Followed the prompts which are not clear what to select if you're looking for W-2 assistance. listened to a few and followed the prompt to the "work number" which couldn't locate my records 

3. Called the customer service line and the only thing they could give me was the email for FSC but looked for ten minutes and couldn't locate a phone number (which is a red flag in I can't tell you how many ways) 

Complete negligence on Sephora's part especially considering it's sounding like they have had this issue for years now.

BTW, I did receive an 800 "Sephora HR" number that sent me to theworknumber.com to get my W2 but theworknumber.com has horrible reviews and you have to PAY for it.  Please don't send me there.  I just want to get my W2 directly from Sephora, either hardcopy, or one I can download online.  Please help, running out of time.
