W2 Help

Former Sephora employee was let go due to pandemic. I haven’t received my W2 and have tried reaching out to FSC payroll numerous of time and no response. Deadline is coming up any suggestions of what I should do?

BTW, I did receive an 800 "Sephora HR" number that sent me to theworknumber.com to get my W2 but theworknumber.com has horrible reviews and you have to PAY for it.  Please don't send me there.  I just want to get my W2 directly from Sephora, either hardcopy, or one I can download online.  Please help, running out of time.
