Very bad experience from Sephora store

I just had the worst experience at the Sephora store located at Scarborough Town Centre. I asked to get a product, which was not on display and the rep told me she would send someone shortly. I waited at least 10 minutes and no one showed up. Then I asked another rep who’s said there was quene and it might be awhile. I was not told this by the first rep but I continued to wait as I was then told I was next in line. I asked can we just check if the product is even available. The rep would not do that and just told me to wait. So I did, and finally when someone showed up I was told that it was not in stock. At this point my wait time was over 25 mins. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that from the beginning. And on top of that, there wasn’t a sincere apology from the rep. She basically dismissed me. I do hope this gets addressed.
