I'm so disappointed with Sephora. First, they sent me an expired YSL foundation, but I decided to give them another chance and placed another order. They delivered it today to an unsafe location, and I haven't received my package. I contacted Sephora's chat, and they simply told me they can't refund my money. They are THIEVES, and I will let everyone know. A company this big with such terrible service; they are responsible for hiring a good courier service, not the mediocre ones from Veho, with whom it's impossible to get in touch.

hola. please i need your help, I'm going through this same situation, my order is lost and Sephora doesn't want to take responsibility or help me with the search for my package that hasn't been delivered.
