VIB to Rouge

On 12/28/17 my Sephora account said that I could spend $25 to reach Rouge. I made an online purchase on 12/31/17 of $26. After the new year it only says that I am VIB. I have a screenshot of my account from that time. What’s going on?

Did you spend $26 before or after taxes? The money spent on taxes don't count towards unlocking a membership status
