VIB monthly gift

I've been a VIB for over two years now and I've never received or been offered my monthly gift.  It definitely feels to me like they don't actually want to give it out. I specifically spend certain amount at sephora to keep my status which feels useless since I haven't been receiving what I'm supposed to.
