VIB and ROUGE rewards for 2020 ????

Is there no longer any rewards when you hit VIB and ROUGE status for 2020? I usually take the points and I have already hit both of those for 2020 but recieved no perk for doing so like last year.

I was wondering the same thing! I hit Rouge for 2021 a couple weeks ago & didn’t get anything. No extra points or “Welcome Gift”. Like there was nothing other then “Congrats your Rouge until December 2021”.

So literally becoming Rouge is a scam and Sephora has the shi$tiest reward programs. Thanks I will no longer support Sephora. The little perks you offered was the only reason I shopped at Sephora but now I will support your competitors. They literally are better in every regard!

It's like Sephora is trying to drive customers away at this point. I've been Rouge for five years, but I just don't see the point. The perks for all tiers are being phased out one by one, and the company is acting like none of us will notice.
