VIB Status and wrong email

My VIB status and points are under my mom's email address instead of my own. She cannot remember the password she used. How do I switch my status to this account?

For further assistance, please have your mom contact customer service at 1-877-SEPHORA to verify her account and authorize for your accounts to be linked.
