VIB Status Gone

I was going onto the Sephora app today and saw that my account is still logged in but my VIB status is no longer there, I’m now at 0 points, and i’m being told to make a beauty insider account. Same thing when I login to their online website, all of my other information is still there just nothing about VIB. Hoping it’s just a glitch like it has been in the past because I had a fair amount of points saved so that’s just a bunch of money that I spent and got points from gone.

Our Beauty Insider program is undergoing a touch up!  We had a short maintenance window where we were updating our BI system. Rest assured, all your Beauty Insider information will be restored after the scheduled maintenance! I see on my end that your points and status are still there! 🙂
