Is the VIB Rouge hotline still a thing? I see previous posts that indicate the number is available in your Rouge account, but I don't see anything in mine and I've been Rouge since the start of the year.

It would be helpful if Sephora gave its customers the Rouge hotline info. via email once we have spent our $1000.
