VIB Rouge Event

I had tried to RSVP to the VIB Rouge event last week, but the website was down. When I went to try again it still wasn't working. I want to make sure I am on my stores list. When I called earlier today and still haven't gotten a call back. Is there any other way to ensure that I can go to the event? Do I need to RSVP to have access into the event?
