Same! I called yesterday and they said 12 am EST 11/3. I’m so annoyed, I keep trying and it keeps saying it’s expired. 😩

Sephora runs on Pacific time. It won't work until midnight Pacific at the earliest, which is 3am Eastern. And the way sephora runs lately, it going live at that time isn't really a guarantee...

I understand that they run on PST, I am just saying that I specifically called the Rouge line yesterday (11/2) and the rep told me midnight EST, despite them running on PST. So either the site isn’t working properly, or I was given false information. Thanks!

You were given false information. If you got the email, the fine print clearly says Midnight Pacific.
