VIB ROUGE Problems

How is it that I get a mailer a few days ago stating I'd get 20% off this weekend (starting 11/9) when all of your holiday sets drop but now I find out it's for VIB only.  VIBR had early sale access but barely any of your new holiday sets were available.  This was very misleading.  I had several gift sets in my cart for friends and family this year, now I may shop elsewhere.
