I'm having the same problem today too. An earlier purchase today bumped me up from VIB to Rouge and now I can't use my VIB discount code to order 1 item that I forgot to add to my earlier order.

Hey there! I'm having the same issue purchasing an order and it's driving me nuts. I kept trying and thought it was just me, and I think it's too late to call customer service to play my order.
I also can't get though to place a phone order on the rouge line... Did you figure anything out?
Was just bumped to rouge with an order. How do I place another?

This is the first year I've ever been blocked from using a different level's code during the holiday sale as a Rouge. I guess this is a new policy and it kinda sucks!
I agree!!! I got a coupon last week for the sale this weekend and being rouge I thought I could shop through the whole duration of sale and it will not let me get discount I was so upset, this sucks that I'm a rouge tier and cannot shop throughout the entire time! !
