VIB 10% off shopping pass not working

The website has been super glitchy and nothing is loading. I just placed an order and tried to use my VIB 10% off shopping pass and it wasn't wanting to upload. Anybody else having this problem rite now? 😞

Same here I don't know how to solve this problem. I'm obviously a VIB but while I tried to use the code it say I must be a VIB to use it.
