VIB 10% off card

Hello, I received a 10% off VIB card in a Sephora store last week. I want to redeem it online, but there is no where on the app or the classic website where I can put the number off the back of the card into the site. The girl at the store and the card on the back says I can redeem it online. Please let me know how to do this. I received the card late as I never got one when I earned VIB status and now I’m VIB rouge.
